Return & Refund Policy – Men’s Dress Products

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return for men’s dress products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Returns requested after the allowed period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
  • Clearance or final sale items, if applicable.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. If required, include clear photos of the product showing the issue.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered.
  • If the return is requested for other acceptable reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned with minor signs of use.
  • Packaging or tags are missing but the product is otherwise in acceptable condition.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed.

9. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
